what is it like in an over-sized bar wash commercial dishwasher?
at a bar that i work at they have a massive over-sized dishwasher that we can stack about 300 glasses in at any one time, out the back in the kitchen.
the over all cycle takes approx 5 mins with a 3min wash and 2 min rinse. with optional steam dry. but we usually just dry them with tea towels.
the machine can wash and rinse in either hot or cold water. i measured tonight and if i take out some of the racks i can fit no problem right in between the bottom and top sprayer arms.
shutting the door and running it is easy all i have to do is climb in, pull the door so it flips back upright and 3 seconds later swoosh! the machine starts the 3min heavy duty wash.
im planning on trying it at work 2morrow night, what do i have to be careful of when inside the machine during both wash and rinse and if the steam dry cycle is accidentally pushed to on by another staff member???
That could kill you! Do NOT do that! You could get locked inside that thing!
If you must know what it's like inside the dishwasher, rig a camera that can go inside it. It will ruin the camera, but at least you won't die.
